did, but takes it a step further: what about the guy that actually DID lose his
guns in a boating accident?
Sure, the State would be smart to be disbelieving of a guy
that spins that yarn, but what are they going to do about it, in a way that
doesn’t amount to harassment of that citizen?
You statists out there might be okay with harassing a guy who is
breaking the law and lying about it, but what about the guy who’s telling the
truth? Is your completely uselessregistry worth that?
